How many people can Willow sleep?
Willow can sleep up to 4 people. 2 Adults and 2 children ideally. We have a large Airbeam awning for an extra 2 people to sleep in, such as visitors!!

How much luggage space is there?
Willow has a luggage rack when you are on the move. Please remember your items will need to be stored somewhere when you are parked up so only bring what you need! We do have the large Airbeam awning for extra space mentioned above if you require extra space.

Do you supply bedding and towels?
We offer bedding and towels as an optional extra. There is a small charge for this to cover laundry costs. However, feel free to bring your own bedding and towels if you would prefer to.

How many seat belts are fitted?
Four seat belts are fitted, three of which are three point and one being a four point harness.

Can Willow’s appliances work without an electric hook-up?
Willow is fitted with a leisure battery which means that the lights, water pump, heater and fridge will operate without an electric hook-up. The hob and grill work off a gas cylinder. You would simply need to drive the van for at least 30 minutes each day to top up the leisure battery.

Do I have to return the van with a full tank of petrol?
You will collect Willow with a full tank, so yes please!

What happens if we breakdown?
The hire price includes breakdown cover and all information regarding breakdown assistance will be in the vehicle.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable £500 will be required at the start of your hire. This is to cover insurance excess and /or damages and loss made to the vehicle and contents. We will refund the total amount after a full and fair inspection of the vehicle.

Am I allowed to smoke in the van or awning?
No!

Do you supply calor gas for the cooker?
Yes, we supply the gas. If it runs out whilst on hire, you can replace the bottle. Simply retain the VAT receipt and we will reimburse the cost. (Maximum one bottle per hire).

Are there any mileage limits?
There are no limits on how far you can travel. However you must stay within Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

What about insurance?
The hire price includes fully comprehensive insurance for one driver aged between 25 to 75 years with a minimum 24 months driving experience. Drivers with up to six penalty points for two separate minor offences, such as speeding, are accepted.Up to four additional drivers can be added at an additional cost. Young drivers aged 23 and 24 are considered by our Insurers and an additional charge and an higher excess may apply. Standard excess is £500.
